A name that travelled

Premium Gym built its name in Egypt before opening in Ajman. The idea that travelled with it is simple: equipment people actually want to use, coaches who know what they are doing, and a room that does not make anyone feel out of place on their first day.

You will find us in Kingston Tower, Al Nakhil 1. The floor covers strength, free weights and cardio, and the class timetable runs Zumba, yoga and aerobics through the week. Everything sits inside one membership — there is no upselling once you are through the door.

A part of the week belongs to women only. The whole floor is reserved, the coaching is female, and it costs the same as any other membership. For a lot of our members that is the reason they joined at all.

We open at 7 AM and close at 1 the next morning, because people train before work, after work, and at hours that suit nobody else.
